Advertising Services, Inc. and the Advertising Client (herein after referred to
as the Client, or Client’s) agrees to the following:
Client agrees to hire HELPS Advertising Services, Inc. to help build Client’s Independent Four Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based Business. And to help teach the Client how to manage his/her Independent Four Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based Business.
Client agrees to hire HELPS Advertising Services, Inc. to help build Client’s Independent Four Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based Business. And to help teach the Client how to manage his/her Independent Four Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based Business.

receipt of a ONE TIME PAYMENT OF $_______________________________ as legally
sufficient and binding payment for ADVERTISING, LEAD GENERATION and TRAINING
SERVICES to build the Client’s Independent Four Corners Alliance Group
Referral-Based Business.
1.
HELPS
Advertising Services, Inc. agrees to do all the WORK
NECESSARY to ADVERTISE, RECRUIT, SPONSOR
and TRAIN NEW Members into Client’s Independent Four Corners Alliance Group
Referral-Based Business. HELPS
Advertising Services, Inc. will also help train the Client to manage his or her Client’s
Independent Four Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based Business
2.
During the next 12 months from the date of this agreement, HELPS Advertising Services, Inc. will ATTRACT enough new Members into the
Clients Independent Referral-Based Business to create enough revenues generated
through the Client’s Independent Four Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based
Business to equal the “advertising fee paid” to HELPS Advertising Services, Inc., or HELPS Advertising Services, Inc. will “continue
to find NEW Members for Client’s
Independent Referral-Based Helps “at no extra
charge” until the “total advertising fee is
recovered”.
3.
Client understands and agrees that the amount paid to HELPS Advertising Services, Inc. is for “Advertising Services and Sponsoring
Services ONLY”. It is “Not an INVESTMENT OF ANY KIND”. Client is paying for “Advertising, Lead Generation, Management
Training Services and Sponsoring Services
ONLY: Consulting, Employing Sales Personnel, Employing Telephone People,
Marketing, Advertising, Postage/Mailing, Travel, Office Rent, Management
Expenses, Telephone Expenses, Meeting Rooms, Buying and Shipping Samples,
Refunds, Returns, Direct Mail, Television and Radio Production Cost, Television
and Radio Time Cost, Internet and World Wide Web Cost, etc.
4.
Client understands because of the “time needed” to do the
initial Advertising, Recruiting, Sponsoring and Training to get an Independent
Referral-Based Business started, it can take up to “Thirty (30) days
or more” to receive the first Commission or Royalty Bonus.
5.
With respect to the Client’s
Independent Four Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based Business. Client
understands and agrees that no guarantee can be
made as to the productivity or performance
of individuals recruited and/or enrolled into the Client’s Independent Four Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based Business.
In fact, as a practical matter, the Client’s
Independent Four Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based Business may vary in
any given time period as to the number of Active Members, recycling volumes
and/or Member enrolling performances.
6.
Client understands and agrees that the Client will OWN
and receive all revenues generated through his/her Independent Four Corners
Alliance Group Referral-Based Business.
7.
Client agrees to cooperate HELPS Advertising Services, Inc. in the building of the Clients Independent
Referral-Based Business and that the Client will learn to manage his/her Independent
Referral-Based Business. Client further understands and agrees that he/she can
also sponsor, build or continue to build the Client’s Independent Four Corners
Alliance Group Referral-Based Business on his/her own.
8.
HELPS
Advertising Services, Inc. makes every effort to ensure that we accurately represent
our services. The Client accepts the risk that the earnings and income
statements can differ by individual Four Corners Alliance Group Members. Any Four
Corners Alliance Group Referral-Based Business income examples found are not
to be interpreted as any guarantee, promise, representation and/or
assurance of income.
9.
If the Four Corners Alliance Group should cease to
continue to do business for any reason, HELPS Advertising Services, Inc. will make every effort to find a suitable
replacement company and continue to utilize its advertising program on the
Client’s behalf to honor and bring to fulfillment the HELPS Advertising Services, Inc. performance
guarantee.
This Agreement is from HELPS
Advertising Services, Inc. ONLY; Its Advertising Performance Guarantee is from
HELPS Advertising Services, Inc. ONLY and IS INDEPENDENT of Four Corners Alliance Group or any other Network Marketing Company or Companies the Client
may be sponsored into.
Client further understands and agrees that the
amount paid to HELPS
Advertising Services, Inc. is “NOT an
INVESTMENT” of any kind and HELPS
Advertising Services, Inc. is not “in any way “GUARANTEEING EARNINGS” but rather
“guaranteeing” HELPS
Advertising Services, Inc. “Advertising,
Lead Generation, Management Training and Sponsoring Performance” on the CLIENT’S behalf.
